Yesterday we received notification in COMMS that an application came in for Rodger Caquelin, Caquelin Express. We do not show this in GW nor did we receive an email with the application. I have included Garrett and Tyler on this email. Thanks

I see the app in dropbox sign and have attached it. Looks like a lot of times when this happens, it's user error. In this case Rodger put that he is 100% owner but then looks like he added a second person, Tammi Caquelun? The reason it's not in GW and you didn't get an email is because the app is not "completed" because it's waiting on Tammi's signature. I would recommend reaching out and confirming that he is 100% the owner, if that's the case, might be best to have him refill the app with just his info and not Tammi's. Jeff Malone maybe we change the app where if they put they are 100% the owner, it doesn't allow them to add a second person?
